I am a fourth year doctoral student in the School of Communication at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. I study the emancipatory potential of Internet technology, and the possibilities for democratizing technical design with the hopes of building a better world. Without idealism there is no vision; without a vision, there is no future.
